Governance

Privacy commitments

GCCAP should collect only what is needed, protect operational confidentiality, and prevent private client data being published without governance.

  1. Website enquiries are used to respond to pilot, partnership, or commercial requests.
  2. Operational telemetry will be handled under client agreements, access controls, retention rules, and confidentiality obligations.
  3. Watchdog outputs should be aggregated, anonymised where required, confidence-rated, and reviewed before publication.
  4. Formal privacy, data processing, and cross-border transfer terms must be completed before large enterprise rollout.
