Service terms & boundary
Service 1 is offered at A$149 per sealed report and is paid by card before processing. Logger hire and temperature mapping are quote based. If GCCAP cannot process a paid Service 1 file reliably, the job is held for review rather than guessed.
You are responsible for providing source files, context and any temperature threshold/specification you want assessed. GCCAP does not invent a missing legal, contractual or food-safety threshold.
GCCAP reports observed temperature evidence and limitations. It does not certify food safety or legal compliance. GCCAP does not guarantee a refund, insurance outcome, regulatory outcome, audit result or acceptance by another party.
Launch reports are manually reviewed before external release. If a file format or measurement basis cannot be interpreted reliably, GCCAP may ask for more information or decline the job.
