Internal GCCAP operating surface

This page is retained behind the public client website.

GCCAP does not delete operating records, trial packs, hardware activation surfaces or evidence automation layers. They are preserved for authorised client portal, command-centre and internal operating use while the public website stays clean for airline first impressions.

Internal GCCAP surface

Bridge trial hardware into GCCAP before the client site test.

P23 adds the local operating surface needed to test EYE/FMC150 payloads, seed trial data and verify that the site can receive, store and display cart temperature events once the hardware arrives.

Hardware trial bridge

Teltonika EYE/FMC150 trial bridge

This internal local-testing surface lets GCCAP seed the trial state, post sample EYE/FMC150 payloads, and confirm the website can display real hardware events once the trial units arrive.

Admin access

Use GCCAP_ADMIN_TOKEN. For local development, GCCAP_UNSAFE_LOCAL_ADMIN=true can be used without a token.

Waiting for hardware trial APIs.

Readiness

Operational layer

Trial hardware scope

This is not the full fleet rollout. It is the controlled bridge that proves data path, cart assignment, BLE/gateway capture and dashboard visibility.

Sensors

5 x Teltonika EYE EN12830 / BTSMP1 trial units.

Gateways

2 x Teltonika FMC150 units for BLE capture and 4G transmission testing.

Evidence gate

Dishwasher survival, BLE reliability, buffering and API payload integrity must pass before commercial claims.

Decision clarity

P23 decision position

GCCAP should use this layer to be ready before payment and hardware delivery, without pretending validation has already happened.

Strongest next moveFinish approval website and book Teltonika technical call while payment waits until Monday.
Fastest path to moneyUse demo to unlock client access, then run washer/cart test immediately after hardware arrives.
Fastest path to trustShow controlled demo now, then replace demo data with real validated trial evidence.
Most defensible pathKeep simulated and real data separated, with audit trail and readiness blockers.
Hidden riskShowing simulated data without clear caveat or delaying client approval while waiting for hardware.
