Who pays for what
The public website should not lock pricing publicly. The commercial pilot proposal should set out which party pays hardware, setup, hosting, support and reporting costs.
- Preferred early model: client-paid or client-reimbursed pilot hardware once trial scope is approved.
- Alternative model: GCCAP funds the smallest bench kit only if capital is available and client demand is credible.
- Client usually provides site access, operational coordination and agreed review time.
- GCCAP provides the pilot method, configuration plan, evidence report format and platform workflow.
- Any public claim, Watchdog output or client naming remains excluded from the pilot unless separately approved.
