What happened?No exception detected, review event, critical exception, missing data or validation limitation.
Where did it happen?Cold soak, staging, loading, truck, tarmac, aircraft handover, return or unknown stage.
Which operation was affected?Cart, route, gate, dispatch, truck/run and flight context where available.
How strong is the evidence?Complete, partial, delayed, unmapped, timestamp-risk or raw-record unavailable.
